ONLINE & PHYSICAL FACE TO FACE MUSIC CURRICULUM

Future Add Ons: Violin, Horn and Reed Instruments

Program Curriculum

Beginner Level

The Foundation and enjoyment of learning the ff:

  1. The Instrument / Voice
  2. Introduction on note reading and understanding note values
  3. Understanding how to read music charts
  4. Exercises / Scales
  5. 12 Simple and exciting songs to learn and to be completed Before progressing to the next level
  6. Depending on the student’s skill level and time of practice, a further recourse or re-enrollment to Level stages (1-3) will be recommended in the event of not completing the required 12 songs.
  7. 3 songs to perform on the Graduation Day (12th Session) with a representative from AIM Academy faculty to evaluate.

Intermediate Level

Further Understanding and Analysis in Music form and Instrument Role.

  1. Understanding Shuffle and Straight Feel
  2. Increased challenge on note reading and note values
  3. Increased challenge on reading music charts
  4. New sets of Exercises / Workouts / Scales
  5. 12 New and Semi-Pro songs to learn and to be completed before advancing to the next Level
  6. Depending on the student’s skill level and time of practice, a further recourse or re-enrollment to Level stages (1-3) will be recommended in the event of not completing the required 12 songs.
  7. 3 songs to perform on the Graduation Day (12th Session) with a representative from AIM Academy faculty to evaluate.

Advance Level

Pro Level Training Curriculum

  1. Tests and Quizzes
  2. Challenging sight reading materials
  3. Challenging music charts to read
  4. Demanding Exercises / Workouts / Scales
  5. 12 new and pro level songs to learn and to be completed before elevating to the specialization course
  6. Depending on the student’s skill level and time of practice, a further recourse or re-enrollment to level stages (1-3) will be recommended in the event of not completing the required 12 songs.
  7. 3 songs to perform on the Graduation Day (12th Session) with a representative from AIM Academy faculty to evaluate.

Specialization Level

A Special Course expanding and preparing the student for the Intensive Higher Level Courses Training Programs

  1. Students, Parents or Guardians will have the opportunity to choose their favorite 5 songs to learn and study.
  2. AIM Academy will provide the customized brand new music charts and video demos of the 5 chosen songs of the student without extra charge.
  3. AIM Academy will have an additional 5-7 brand new songs as back up during the course.
  4. The student can further take up 2 more additional specialization course if they wish to do so.
  5. 3 songs to perform on the Graduation Day (12th Session) with a representative from AIM Academy faculty to evaluate.
